Vakkiyam.ai uses Artificial Intelligence technologies to provide automated responses and recommendations. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information or incomplete answers. Users must independently verify all important information before relying upon it.
The Platform does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. AI responses are informational only and should not be treated as professional consultation.
The Platform acts solely as a technology provider. Customers are fully responsible for all data, documents, files, knowledge bases, website content, FAQs, customer information and any other information uploaded or integrated into the Platform.
TripleSR Technologies Private Limited shall not be responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, privacy, compliance or consequences arising from customer data or AI training content.
All software, source code, AI workflows, prompts, APIs, business logic, algorithms, UI designs, branding, documentation, dashboards, automation processes and technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of TripleSR Technologies Private Limited.

Any such activity shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of services, civil proceedings, claims for damages, injunctions and other remedies available under applicable law.
Customers agree not to disclose any confidential information, pricing, architecture, technical documentation, AI workflows, prompts, APIs, implementation methods or proprietary business processes belonging to TripleSR Technologies Private Limited.
Vakkiyam.ai depends upon third-party cloud and AI providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, ElevenLabs, Meta (WhatsApp), payment gateways and other external providers.
TripleSR Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for interruptions, API changes, pricing revisions, service outages, feature modifications, limitations or discontinuation imposed by any third-party provider.
Since certain Platform features depend upon third-party AI services, cloud infrastructure and external technology providers, subscription fees, AI conversation charges or usage limits may be revised whenever such providers modify their pricing, licensing models or service costs.
Continued use of the Platform after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
AI services depend upon internet connectivity, external APIs and cloud infrastructure. TripleSR Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response speed or continuous uptime.
While industry-standard security practices are implemented, no online system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and protecting access to their accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripleSR Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or business losses including loss of revenue, profits, customers, goodwill, data or business interruption arising from the use of the Platform.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripleSR Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal proceedings or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, uploaded content or violation of these Terms.
TripleSR Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if misuse, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, reverse engineering, copyright infringement or security threats are detected.
TripleSR Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet failures, cyber-attacks, government actions, cloud provider outages or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
